Our jewellery is designed to be Anti-Tarnish and long-lasting, but a little love goes a long way!

• 🚿 Keep Dry: Avoid wearing while bathing or swimming.
• 📦 Storage: Store in the Whoazo box or a ziplock bag when not in use to prevent scratches.
• ✨ Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove sweat/oils.

We have a 2-Day Easy Return/Exchange Policy for damaged or incorrect items.

• Issue? If you receive a damaged piece or the wrong style, we will replace it for free!
• How to Claim: Please make an Unboxing Video (opening the package) and WhatsApp it to us. This is mandatory for approval.
• Hygiene: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" on necklaces and earrings.
